Synopsis: Mara runs "Limbo Café," a coffee shop that seems just like any other shop during the day. At night, however, Limbo Café becomes a place dedicated to serving spirits who are having trouble moving on from their lives.

Your task is to make these spirits feel cozy enough--with both your conversation and your heavenly coffee--to open up and eventually move on into the afterlife. In the end, maybe you too will be able to move on from what haunts you.

Made by Team JEFB (cinnamew, effixs, florian0, and spiderface721) for Winter MelonJam 2022 (theme: cozy), this game tackles loss and the puzzle of how to give others a feeling of safety and "coziness."

TW: Implied death, mentions of drugs

Note: Customers will keep showing up for repeats until you complete all three of their orders--only then will you be able to help them move on. We have recently made the game SUPER easy, so hopefully they will like everything :)

i just wanted to say thank you for this, i lost my aunt last june to a heart attack, and i was supposed to stay the night with her the next day. i've felt a lot of guilt about not being there with her, that maybe if i went to her house a day earlier i could have saved her. i know its irrational but it eats at me. anyway, all this to say the ending hit me really hard (in a good way) and assured me that there was absolutely nothing i couldve done. sorry for the vent, this game just really hit me hard and i wanted to thank you for making it <3

oh my goshh this is so sweet 🥹🥹 pls don't be sorry this is honestly the reason why i started game development :') you're definitely not alone in your thoughts, but i'm sure your aunt appreciates that you're thinking of her <3 i hope things get brighter soon!!

Greetings, Ms Cinna,

I'm a game localizer from Brazil (EN to ptBR), and I'd like to offer you a free translation of this cool game! What do you say? Contact me (natthanscoelho@hotmail.com), it'd be a pleasure (:

WOWW that would be amazinggg omgg

Well, send me a message, then. Use my email adress above. Let's talk about it  (=

Uhh how do I fix the broken hearts? What do I need to change about the coffee making process that's going to make them like the other ones?

(+1)

You’re probably adding the cream onto the coffee in a shape that’s a little off from the outlines—try tracing the outlines a slightly different way ! If the error still keeps occurring after that, please reply back to us and we’ll try our best to fix it :)

hii - i have made steph over 40 coffees with every heart variation. no luck :(
